Energy efficiency has paid off big for Michigan

Those of us in Michigan’s energy efficiency industry are in a unique position to gauge the direct benefits of energy-saving programs for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. We’ve had our boots on the ground for several years now working in partnership with energy efficiency programs that put Michigan on a path toward a more sustainable future.

We see firsthand how energy efficiency programs, created by a 2008 state law, are paying off , not only in reduced energy costs for consumers and businesses, but also in the growth of a clean energy industry with strong potential to expand and create jobs.
