Registration open for webinar on energy efficiency mortgages 19th of June

A webinar on 19 June 2018 will demonstrate which banks are taking part and in which countries and how businesses position themselves as leaders in Europe’s growing market for green mortgages and green bonds.
The EeMAP Initiative aims to create an energy efficient mortgage through which homebuyers are incentivised to improve the energy efficiency of their building or acquire an already energy efficient property through favourable conditions linked to the mortgage.
A public consultation on the proposals was launched in February 2018. Following on from the public consultation, the final Energy Efficient Pilot Scheme Framework will be presented and the Energy Efficient Mortgages Pilot Scheme will be officially launched st the Energy Efficient Mortgages event, the 13 and 14 June 2018 in Windsor, United Kingdom, at the Cumberland Lodge.
A series of market briefings setting out the building energy performance landscape in, a number of key European markets have been published by Green Building Councils.
